Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info (at) tessereonline.it. If your return is accepted, you need to return the goods to Tessère Agricultural Company s.s., via Bassette 51, 30020 Noventa di Piave (VE) - Italy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for the packaging of the goods that he intends to return, he therefore undertakes to take the necessary precautions to safeguard the integrity of the product or products to preserve them from any damage and / or alteration. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in every part, accompanied by the attached tax documentation.

Limitation of Liability 
Tessère is not liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of the purchased product (s) if the delay or non-delivery is due to unforeseeable exceptional circumstances.

Tessère is liable for damages of a contractual and / or non-contractual nature that may be suffered by users only if the damage suffered is an immediate and direct consequence of the activity carried out by Tessère through the website.

After-Sales Service

Registered users can take advantage of the after-sales service by contacting us by e-mail at: info (at) tessereonline.it.

In case of conformity defects of the purchased product, the purchasing user must promptly send to the e-mail address info (at) tessereonline.it the report of the defect of the product found, expressly indicating: the description of the defect found; the product code; the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase; the identification details of the invoice issued by the seller for the purchased products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In any case, the amount paid will not be credited before: a) Tessère has received the shipment of the product (s); b) Tessère has verified the integrity of the product (s).

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the user, in the manner and within the time specified in the order summary. At the time of delivery the user must check the contents of the packaging, specifying any anomalies found by annotation in the delivery form. Tessère is not responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order by the user. Tessère is not liable for any damage that may have occurred to the products after delivery of the products to the carrier or for delays in delivery that are attributable to the carrier.
